Stresa is less than one our drive from Milan and Malpensa International Airport. Highway A26 and the National roads S.S. 33 of the Simplon Pass and S.S. 34 through Verbania permit easy connection with Northern Europe through Switzerland and the rest of the Italian highway sistem. The railway station on the Simplon line from Milan to Domodossola also gives the possibility of train connections with most European cities.
